Welcome to Willie David Hair, Miami’s premier luxury silk press and healthy hair salon. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or visiting our website (www.SilkPressKing.com), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

All bookings are processed through HighLevel and require valid contact information.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-call, no-show appointments or same-day cancellations will forfeit deposits and may require full payment before rebooking.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any appointment at our discretion.
By booking, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates via text, email, or other digital means managed through HighLevel.
3. Salon Services and Products
All services are performed by licensed professionals.
Results may vary based on your hair’s condition, texture, and previous chemical or heat history.
We guarantee professional service and product integrity, but cannot guarantee outcomes if:
Home care instructions are not followed,
Non-recommended products are used between visits, or
Previous chemical treatments have compromised the hair’s health.

4. Payments and Refunds
We partner with trusted third-party platforms that may process your data on our behalf, including:
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments through HighLevel’s secure processor (Stripe).
All product sales are final.
Service refunds are not offered once a service has been performed, but adjustments may be provided at the stylist’s discretion if concerns are communicated within 48 hours of the appointment.
5. Late Policy
We value your time and ours.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment or be asked to reschedule.
After 15 minutes, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited may require full payment before rebooking.
Please communicate promptly if you anticipate being late.
6. Health and Safety
For the safety of all clients and staff:
Please notify your stylist of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before service.
Children are not permitted in the salon unless they are being serviced.
We maintain a clean and sanitary environment following state cosmetology and health regulations.
